How do you use the 100% Success strategy?
The first point to realise is that you and your team can use a 100% Success strategy from today. Just decide to focus everyone on learning first.
This strategy can be used with any system, company, compensation plan or product.
Whether you run a team of ONE or company or ONE MILLION, the process is basically the same and simple. Obviously the bigger the organisation, the more work required to implement the strategy properly.
A ‘100% Success community.’
What you are trying to create is a ‘100% Success community’.
Everyone who joins a company is an ‘independent contractor and can do as they like. You want everyone to work together, helping each other to learn skills and build confidence so everyone has a 100% chance of success. This is a ‘community’ rather than organisation.
You should differentiate yourself from other organisations by using the term ‘a 100% Success community’ in the way that some companies use ‘a ISO9000 organisation’ to prove that they have accepted higher quality standards and want to be measured to those high standards.
Use the term in your marketing. As an example…

If someone asks what this means, just say ‘we have a system based on skills and coaching where everyone has a 100% chance of success’
Who says we are a 100% Success community?
You do.
You decide to use the strategy. There are no fees to be paid. No certification [as yet].
Your team and those that join it will decide if you are working within the philosophies of this community.
What are the key elements?
You will already have your own Network System and leaders. This does not change. You need:
- Use the right language [language determines behaviour].
- New Inspiration - everyone must know that this industry is starting to boom again and that they can succeed. Ed’s 100% confidence book, 100% success TV, your presentations.
- Basic Strategy – they need to know WHY they can succeed and WHAT is required. They get this in your 1st Meeting – the person taking the meeting MUST know how to build a network based on learning skills and confidence. They should be a 100% Success Coach. Read the 100% Success Basics.
- Coaching. They have to receive proper coaching sessions. This is COMPETENCE coaching, not performance coaching. The basic knowledge and confidence is delivered in Ed’s Rising Star Coaching Programme which is for every Networker. The main work is done by the upline.
- Detailed Learning System. They need to have the core knowledge, attitudes and skills detailed in a ‘Learning’ or Training System. This way people know what they have to learn to be successful. It gives them confidence.
- Testing and measurement. Learning should be measured in a coaching notebook. Knowledge must be tested and skills tested for competence. This is the ONLY way people can become independent!
What is a 100% Success workshop?
A 100% Success workshop is a training workshop where the key elements of a team system and building skills is explained and practiced.
People leave this workshop KNOWING that they can succeed IF they learn the skills! People are certified as a 100% Success Coach.
