‘A short note to explain whats happened since we ‘evolved’ to a 100% Success system. After a few hiccups trying to 1/2 use our old MLM approach and 1/2 100% success, we understood that where we went wrong. You have to focus on learning or performance!

22 people are serious, 84 time-wasters are now valued ‘customers’ and volume is up by 100%. Its the clarity of what we do that people think is the most exciting. We were wasting SO MUCH time on people who were NEVER going to do what is required.’ - Tommy G, Australia

Tommy’s Advice

‘You have to invest the time at the start making sure they know what to do. We demand that they read Ed’s Basic book and industry book. Our first meeting is not finished until we are clear between person and coach [and upline] exactly what is required for success. It saves you SO MUCH TIME and emotional energy!’

‘Hi Ed, I introduced some of the principles of 100% Success into my team 6 weeks ago and the results are astounding. I had 45 people yet only 4 were really working. I expected them all to be Networkers.

I explained to all of them that we were now going to focus on skills and the look of relief on the faces shocked me. Was I doing it so wrong before?!

41 are now active. Yep 41.

What was interesting was that of the 41, 31 decided that they wanted to focus purely on Retail at this point and are excited about this. There are producing so much more sales I am embarassed to say how much.

Of the 10 Networkers, our sponsoring in up 300% and they are all on the Coaching course.

My upline is still sceptical about ‘all that coaching stuff’ and its early days yet I am now so confident about 2010.

This 100% Success approach is perfect for people like me as not one of my people are those 2%‘ers! Proud to be a 100percenter!’ - Sally B, UK

Sally’s Advice

‘You have to accept that people need confidence first. And this is not related to performance. You do not need to get someone to do something within the first 72 hours!

Its helping them understand what has to be done and believing they can do it. Its that Napoleon Hill quote ‘what man can conceive and believe they can achieve’
